Pre-order & New Collections Offer Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order & New Collections Offer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders and New Collections products with Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l and availing a 10% discount on approved orders. 

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order or buying from New Collections of any Saiid Kobeisy Products. By submitting your Pre-Order or New Collections product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Pre-Order & New Collections Discount Offer: You will avail a 10% discount on pre-ordered Products and New Collections Products upon subscribing to Said Kobeissy S.a.l Newsletter by filling the subscription form.

2. Pre-Order & New Collection Reservation: When placing a Pre-order or buying from New Collection of SaiId Kobeisy products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription.

3. Price & Payment: You will be charged a 10% discounted Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order or buying from New Collections. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers; (2) Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.

4. Priority: Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l will build Products according to the order in which the Pre-order or New Collection order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products.

5. Delivery Schedule: Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay.

6. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement.

7. Customer Information: We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions available on our website saiidkobesiy.com.
8. Change to the “Terms”: Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason.

9. This Pre-Order and New Collections offer is exclusive to Newsletter Subscribers and cannot be availed with any other offer as may exist from time to time and depending on the discretion of Saiid Kobeisy S.a.l. THIS OFFER IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR ITEMS ON SALE.
