Job Description:

 Customer Service

  • Respond promptly & accurately to all customer inquiries placed via Email, phone, whatsapp, website, etc. 
  • Ensure responses generate satisfactory outcomes for the customer 
  • Guide and advise clients on products with the aim of converting inquiries into actual purchases  
  • Guide customers through the online purchasing process to ensure a smooth shopping experience

Operational Processes

  • Follow up on online clients accounts , refused orders, payment methods and gateways and constantly provide status updates to the clients
  • Coordinate with the various departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients requests, deliveries and orders
  • Constantly monitor the performance of online stores, analyzing outcomes, identifying gaps & suggesting corrective action to avoid challenges
  • Keep an updated record of stock availability and inventory data


Financial Processes

  • Follow up on all refunds Prepare an annual training plan based on the training need analysis outcome


Online partnerships

  • Follow up on and respond to all inquiries related to partnered online shops 
  • Maintain long lasting relationships with online partners
  • Research and recommend new business deals with potential clients
  • Handle a smooth flow of work upon implementation of new partnerships
